GamesBeat: Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance unsheathes an action-packed, imperfect experience (review)

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a successful action title, and it’s a successful Metal Gear title. Think about that for a second. Such a proposal could have resulted in colossal failure and utter humiliation for Konami. Instead, Platinum Games delivered a frenetically fun, albeit flawed, experience set in a beloved universe — a sexy, slash-soaked side story worth playing for franchise fans and newcomers alike. (Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, PS3, Xbox 360) 80/100

Looks exciting enough but some of those characters look plain ridiculous.

lol i agree. the original games had some pretty weird characters like psycho mantis and the end.

I really liked the demo. Might have to pick this up when it goes cheap.

It's out of its mind in the best way possible.
