Just seen the gameplay Singleplayer footage from Xbox 360 & PS3 on youtube.....(check RockyyyyGaming channel for 360 footage!) Mindblowing. I'm stunned. Those versions look F'ing amazing too! The levels are huge! WoW. I cannot wait any longer!
You it's bullshit when someone says they're maxing out the consoles.
The only time it ever felt true was back in 2010 with GoW 3 and other stuff. But it never is. Maxing out a console is the best looking game after the console is officially no longer in the most recent generation.
That said, Crysis is a mediocre game of an already mediocre genre. So graphics don't mean much.
I wouldnt say its game of the year but holy high hell the graphics are like nothing I have seen before on console.It is so detailed and such beautiful surroundings it leaves your mouth drooling for more.i have played some of the game and I love it so far.Such an approvement from the second one.Its better then the MG Rising thats for sure.I bashed this game forever and brokedown and bought it for the fact that its a MG game.boy was I wrong.Its so terrible and so uncomfertable to play.Its just missing to much in the game to feel great at all.oh well you cant win them all.But Crysis3 is great and very smooth fps mechanics.

I'll get Crysis 3 if I try it out myself and determine that it is more than just pretty graphics and the online play should be unique as well. Too many other games to catch up on for the moment anyway.
Most people tend to hate on something that is overrated in their opinions. Crysis is a game that is often praised for graphics and seldom praised for gameplay, story or other things. That might be the fault of advertising by crytek themselves though I understand their point of view as well. Crytek wants to sell their engine so they hype up the graphics as much as possible. Someone (let's say a huge fan of another shooter) might see that it's getting more hype than his favorite game though it is inferior in his mind. That's where the hating starts. That's why so many people hate on CoD. Because it's getting more attention that any other shooter - maybe even more than any other game.
I won't say Crysis has the best visuals I've ever seen but it has oustandig graphics tech wise that's for sure. As Crysis Warhead was the only Crysis I ever played I can clearly say that it was a solid game overall.
