Paradox Interactive, in association with the Electronic Sports League, Europe’s premiere professional gaming league will be hosting a competitive event in the ESL’s TV studio in Cologne, Germany. The event will be live in front of a TV audience and feature 50 gamers from the audience duking it out in Paradox’s latest game, The Showdown Effect, for a chance to win 5000 Euros. The even is set to take place at 2:00 PM CET on February 20th. The entire event will be streamed live on the ESL’s Twitch.TV site.
All event attendees will have a chance to try out The Showdown Effect before its international release on March 5th.
