It doesn't seem like the old splinter cell games. I think they are trying really hard to make it like the last ghost recon. The AI just seems really stupid, and enemies are just conveniently place near cover. The whole slow motion thing should have been kept out of splinter cell.

I've always liked the freedom that splinter cell games give the player. I prefer to play the game stealthy but, I know there are always people out there who just want to shoot everything that moves.

Absolutely thrilled with this game series when it first came out on the original XBox, simply played this for hours and hours which is why I bought the trilogy 3D HD series for the PS3 and still playing it and that thrill hasn't changed.

Think things changed after that with Double Agent which I have on the XBox360.. didn't really like it and have only played it up to a point.

I saw the game demo of Blacklist over here in Sydney and I think this has gone back to the good old days but with better high-res graphics and all so will definitely get it.

This could be the sleeper of 2013.

All people need know is that Maxime Belland (bellend), the creative director of Conviction stated he didnt like the old splinter cell games. He didnt like how they played.

Ubisoft gave a game series with a set fanbase to a guy who didnt like the games that fanbase liked.
Conviction was born from that. The new gameplay style was born from that. All this 'Panther' bollocks.

Credit to him for bringing a game back from the brink of death. Changing a game from what its focus really was is ballsy, but bloody arrogant.

The series now sucks.

But for this video? I find it hilarious for some reason that you're required to toggle a switch in the menu to change from non-lethal to lethal hand to hand.
