Microsoft Surface Pro Hands-On:- IGN

While certainly not intended as a gaming device, the integrated graphics processor allows the Surface Pro to run many games adeptly. While I've (IGN) only just started stress-testing the system, I've found it can handle most Source Engine-based titles at max or high settings in native 1080p resolution at framerates well above 40fps. I plan on getting one of these for when I am working on the road. I never had any real use for a tablet, but this can do everything I currently do with my desktop and laptop. Having it being smaller and lighter than my laptop, with a touch screen for browsing and the ability to scribble notes with the pen, is simplifies my needs on the road and becomes a true companion. I would get a lot of use out of the battery as I would not be watching movies or playing core games while headed to customer sites. I can also refresh the charge in the car like I do now with droid now. I can actually bring it home and connect the HDMI to my 25" monitor with the regular keyboard and mouse. Then add a USB 3.) HDD or an SDCX card for storage options.
I see this catching on in a big way in the business market, and it might not be the surface pro itself, but clones with even more bang for the buck as the year progresses and into the next.
