"Man" Buys 40 Copies of Hyrule Historia Limited Collector's Edition to Sell on Craigslist

Hardcore Gamer: With only 4,000 printed, that represents 1% of total books in existence. He even has the nerve at the end to write "It's sold out in all stores in less than a day and many have received cancellations from ordering too late." (Culture, Hyrule Historia)

Why do they allow people like this to order so many, seriously you should be allowed to buy only 2 copies max.
