Killing the MMO Trinity

A structure so deeply ingrained in MMORPG gameplay, the Tank-Healer-DPS Trinity has become a staple - and oftentimes an expectation - in nearly every new entry to the genre. However, its intentional absence in favor of player responsibility and creativity is exactly why Gamers Association editor Nick Cane can't get enough of Guild Wars 2. (Guild Wars 2, PC)
