Picked Nier up for £4 new and it's brilliant, flawed in some places yea but it has heart and soul driven by a great story and addictive game play. The best £4/$6 i've spent all gen.
I might argue for the best soundtrack this gen. Brilliant story, to boot. DEFINITELY underrated.
... kinda makes me wanna play it now.
The only other game I've played on the list is Arcana Heart, and I've only played the first one. Love the game, but I sucked at fighting games at the time, so it completely destroyed me. After extensive experience with BlazBlue, I think I could do much better, but I don't have it on hand anymore.
... AH3 is downloadable, isn't it? Might have to buy that.
Wartech: Zenko no Ronde and Arcana Heart are my favourites on this one. I also really enjoyed Project Sypheed - even the story, which I didn't think was that bad!
I haven't played the game, so I can't really make an input as to the final game. But if it is anything like the demo then I would have to say that the Metacritic rating is too high.
Since when did getting average scores in the late 60's make a game rubbish?
I know people say 50-60% is an 'average' - but the fact is, when you get scores like that people automatically think that the game is flawed or not worth their time. I don't think this is the case - so I think the games on that list are pretty spot on...
I didn't like Resi6 myself so much, but I recognise that it's not really a 'bad' game.
I personally gotta disagree with Sylpheed. It wasn't bad, but it was a much more arcadey game than the flight sims of old like Tie Fighter/Wing Commander/FreeSpace etc...
It was a much more Japanese version of the space sim genre, and it lost a lost of the 'sim' parts. Not necessarily bad, but more of a space shooter than space sim. Unfortunately most attempts at space sims fall into this category (looking at you SOL:Exodus and Strike Suit Zero!).

Especially compared to one of my favorite games of all time Resident Evil 4.
