GR - "The change isn't due to a massive outcry, Cage stating that the control in Heavy Rain received very positive feedback despite the initial assumption from critics that the Dragon's Lair-esque gameplay would turn players off."
Same. It is my most anticipated game of the year, even more than TLOU, and that is saying something. PS: Everytime I see you post, that picture reminds me of Aragorn from TLOTR, The Two Towers when he is all beat up. Or just a zombified version
Heavy Rain was amazingly amazing :D If Beyond is better, my jaw is going to spend some time on the floor because whilst I was playing Heavy Rain, I noticed I kept saying "wow that looks epic. Wow that was amazing"
Sounds very interesting. Read a more in depth version here: http://www.polygon.com/2013...
***"There are no QTEs, Cage says. Instead, Beyond will introduce new gameplay mechanics that offer similar advantages, but "play more in line with what gamers expect" from a modern action-adventure game."*** That is great to hear.
Can't wait for Beyond. Loved Heavy Rain, there's nothing like it on the market.
Cool, HR was kinda clumsy to control. Really looking forward to this.
Definitely one of my day 1 purchases this year. I loved indigo prophecy and heavy rain. GOW Ascension and Bioshock Infinite in March, TLOU in May. Great start for gaming this year.
Kinda is right but it was good enough controls worked fine. I mean I played Shemue just fine.
Justin Bieber confirmed? Day One.
No quick time events??
Lets wait for what kind of mechanics Cage could create. At least, he's got a innovative way of make games. And that's good in a industry that are full of FPS.
