GE: "An official announcement of Bungie's next project, Destiny, is coming soon. Last week, we heard that a reveal will be taking place "within a matter of weeks.""
(Destiny, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
Looking forward to playing a bungie game on the ps4 when it arrives. Hopefully they drift away from the Halo formula and create a totally different experience because i personally dislike Halo with a passion. Couldn't help but think of the power rangers with lasers when ever i played the game.
Don't hate me, this is just my personal overview of the game.
Everyone is entitled to there own opinion...I feel the same way about the Killzone franchise, the characters are forgettable, the story is bland and the gameplay is generic and boring - I never understood what some people find good about Killzone apart from the eye candy.
Like I said we are all entitled to our own opinion but one thing I do not understand is why are you looking forward to a game from a developer who has in the last 10 years only made one franchise called Halo...I do not like Killzone and I am not looking forward to any new game developed by Guerrilla Games because guess what they made Killzone and I do expect a new game from them to stray too far away from the Killzone formula.
So tell me again...since you hate Halo with a passion why are you looking forward to a game from the people who made Halo?
I honestly don't get the point of you bringing Killzone into this. LMAO
Well while we're here.
"the characters are forgettable"/ I agree (ISA specifically) "the story is bland"/ I disagree (Rivalry between the Humans and Helghast is pretty epic). "gameplay is generic and boring"/ (Competely disagree, KZ2's MP gameplay is one of the best this gen, better than Halo MP IMO).

One word, Helghast. One of the best villains of this gen.

I really don't get how it's hard to understand that people can like a game a studio creates, and not like another they create.
For example, I liked Vanquish but hated Bayonetta. Do you still not get it?
@Knight_Crawler You're digging to much into this... obviously you're right and on the surface this makes exactly as much sense as someone dissing Resistance and Ratchet and still planning to buy Insomniac's Fuse for the 360 (meaning no sense at all). But there is an obvious logic behind this - INFANTRY is just stating his brand loyalty here: - I am already buying a PS4 without knowing what it's gonna be or when it's released = Sony good. - I didn't like Halo = Microsoft bad - I will still buy Bungie's game for the PS4 even-though we now know it's in development for the 360 and only later it might be ported = my not so sophisticated way of saying "hey, look! The 360 lost an exclusive developer" without being considered a troll.
Well Im excited for their first multiplatform release but The first Game in the franchise is a MS exclusive, the first Destiny will be on the Next XBOX and the Xbox 360 for about 1 year!... i guess MS ponied up the cash for that to associate that game with the XBox brand.
I'm loving how more developers are starting to use viral marketing! I loved it when ND did it for TLOU, and I'm loving it now with Destiny; it's just getting me more pumped. WOOOOOOO!!!!! :D
game is going to be sweet but if you want to play it on ps3 your are going to have to wait a full year as microsoft has a whole 1 year exclusive right to the game ...
Have any of you fools considered that this exclusive deal may have been part of their bargain for their release from MS with the relinquished rights to the halo IP & Activision is honoring it while get something in return from Bungie in their deal.

According to Bungie they'll release more info in the coming weeks. Can't wait
I respect your opinion.

Because i know they are well respected devs and i know they are capable of making a game that i will finally be attracted to.
Now you tell me what's stopping them from making a racing, kart, rpg, horror game?
Just cause i don't like Halo doesn't mean i won't like something else they may develop.
Looks to me like you just have a personal hate for all things ps related.

I'm guessing there will be allot more info shared after they let the cat out of the bag.
The only people who lose in this are gamers.
However I wouldn't have expected any less from these three companies.
