No mention of Diddy Kong Racing!
You will see the work of Rare again - they are the people who draw the next Xbox's avatars - and a new Kinect 2 sports game.

Very nice writeup. I personally will never forget the SNES DKC series or the amazing Goldeneye 007 for N64. So many classic titles, Rare always has a place in my heart.

Sucks that they aren't what they used to be, but it isn't out of a lack of trying. So far this gen they made Kameo, Viva Pinata, Banjo Kazooie and Perfect Dark Zero outside of the Kinect games. They've worked on 5 different IP's this generation, thats more than most studios.
I'm just glad Microsoft didn't decide to shut them down after their fourth IP didn't sell like hot cakes, I'm pretty sure the people at Rare who still have jobs are glad they aren't jobless as well.
