But damn, that demo was sooo disappointing. You can literally just hold L1 and quickly mash the analog in directions and just cut things in 40 or 50 pieces in slow motion with like the goofiest looking swinging animation since Playstation Move Heroes. And the some of the lines were just... And the facial animations. The AI just firing rocket launchers at you when you're 2 feet in front of them. Ugh like everything. Even the Gekkos, all you need to do is jump in the air, hold L1 and wiggle the analog stick back and forth really fast.
Idk it was legit the most disappointing thing that ive experienced in a long time lmao. Maybe it needs a second chance when the full game comes out idk.
Though the full game definitely still has potential, right now i have overly-low expectations.
Also call me crazy but Move support would instantly make it a million times better even just for the tech demo aspect lmao. It feels like it was made for the Move.
I think I was more interested before playing it.
Hoping the game isn't set up whereas you enter an area-slice and dice, you enter another area-slice and dice, and repeat, repeat, repeat....
He killed me so quick. I couldn't find the block button. All I saw was "to parry hit analog and square"
I was like "where the hell is the god damn block button!!!!" Lol
if you do it on the last possible moment Raiden will parry. If you do it too soon he will just block
you can also dodge via square+X
I wish if they do this. I want them to make the gameplay need skills not just hit buttons. I want to know what i'm doing in battle so even if i have 1% oof my health i still can beat 10 enemy's XD . But how do i do that ?. By skills..
This is my only problem. Loved the demo ^^
Combat system is broken without a dedicated block or evade button, and camera in some narrow places is to weird, you can't effective fight or parry something you can't see.
I just hope the story is good.
