The next gen GTA engine, or upgraded RAGE engine could look as good as this. Providing they optimize it well enough then it could run great too.

The only thing this video does is make me realize how far behind current gen graphics are to photo-realism. Crysis 3 can't even touch this.

Considering it's pre-rendered, the visuals aren't even that impressive. It's pretty nice and polished though. Would be amazing if it was real-time, but then again if it was he'd be making millions.
