Eternal Darkness: Reminding Us What Horror Should Be.

With Resident Evil and other horror games going a more action-oriented direction, it's good to remember a game that was actually scary. If only we could get a sequel. (Blood Omen 2: Legacy of Kain, Eternal Darkness 2, Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, GameCube, Industry, Next-Gen, PS3, Resident Evil 6, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360)

I will never forget the part where the sound goes down, and shows the volume display as it is doing it. I jumped thinking that I had sat on the remote....

I remember my first time seeing that like it was yesterday. Four friends watching me play. It pops up as I walk into a room and we all freak out. I dived to the gamecube and pressed the power button. Lol
Goodtimes.

Kind of sucks that people wanted a sequel to this game for so long and right when the developers start actually doing it they get sued into oblivion by Epic.

But maybe that's a good thing, it was SK's fault and their track record is quite bad. I think we're better off if Nintendo decides to do a sequel with another developer. Not sure if they'll feel the need to tho.

If only Nintendo would buy the franchise. They could use a game like that on Wii U.
