New videogame pricing models, same old publisher tricks?

Digital distribution, Kickstarter and 'free to play' have all found new ways to get early money. Should gamers accept, or resist these pricing changes? (Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey, Industry, Marvel Heroes, PC, SimCity)
