GenGAME writes: There’s a new event coming to Pokémon Black and White 2, and it’s not quite what you’d expect. March 20th 2013 to May 6th 2013, the Pokémon Centre in Nagoya is celebrating its move into a new building by distributing a shiny level 99 Magikarp to Japanese gamers. This very special Magikarp comes with the moves Flail, Hydro Pump, Bounce and Splash (of course) and will be holding a Rare Candy.
