BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition Launches Exclusively for PlayStation 3

Today sees the launch of a brand new retail package featuring two of the most critically acclaimed videogames available on the current-generation of consoles. Including both BioShock and its sequel, BioShock: Ultimate Rapture Edition is available from today exclusively for PlayStation 3. (BioShock, BioShock 2, BioShock Ultimate Rapture Edition, PS3)

i will always be ps3 fan forever

but those 3rd part exclusive deals are just wrong
MS/Sony have been doing this alot
and at the end it only hurt the ps3 or 360 only owner

This game is published by 2K, not Sony. There's nothing exclusive about it, just the packaging.

Definitely agree. It sucks.

Blame Microsoft they started it, they even recently payed money to get the Dead Space 3 DEMO 1 week early like that's going to make people buy a 360! It's beyond pathetic and the fanboys stick up for them like they own shares in the company or something!

Considering Playstation was around before the xbox, I find that hard to believe.

The issue isn't some childish "he started it", just the fact Sony and Microsoft always do this. It is purely a business decision, which negatively effects gamers.

Ummmmmmmm. That's weird. My friend just posted this on Facebook two days ago:

So yeah... this is like super old news too.

That's the US edition, which is multi-format. PAL release is today and exclusive to PS3.

The words "European Exclusive" would have solved that. Because as stands, it is not exclusive. It very clearly exists on other platforms. Maybe not in Europe, but so many Europeans love to say "America isn't the world," so the shoe is on the other foot here.

Bioshock 2 was also just free on PS+.

Both games are solid I prefer the first but that's not knocking the 2nd. At a low price for both games plus bonus content this is a no brainer purchase!
