Resident Evil: Revelations Coming to Retail & Digital Channels

Capcom recently confirmed that Resident Evil: Revelations will release at retail for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Windows PC and Nintendo’s Wii U console across North America and Europe. Since this announcement the publisher has revealed that the title will also be available to download digitally from the same dates on PlayStation 3 and Windows PC, with details on digital versions for Xbox 360 and Nintendo’s Wii U console to follow. Can't come soon enough!
My PS3 is ready... be going the download route though

Really? Even though it'll probably cost the same as the retail version?

I'm going for the disc. Discy disc disc yum yum.

I got Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and Darkside Chronicles HD Collection via download from PSN so RE: Revelations will join its HD siblings snugly on the 2.5 " HDD and XMB.

Also I plan to download it for my relatives' PS3s as well. So it makes perfect practical sense.

Now for RE4 and Code Veronica X HD ....

Hey do you know if it will be released on the exact same day as retail? Xbox games on demand has a habit of waiting 2 months before they add new games for download.

Not looking likely: "same dates on PlayStation 3 and Windows PC, with details on digital versions for Xbox 360 and Nintendo’s Wii U console to follow."

Lets hope Crapcom doesn't muk it up with DLC. The 3DS version was good. The story seemed to jump around too much, I didn't care for that part. I wish it was all on the Ship instead of jumping around to flashbacks and crap like that. Plus there weren't any Revelations either, so...

it is an excellent game and I personally think it's one of the best in the series (better than 4,5,6).
