Dishonored 2 - What We Want To See

Dishonored proved itself to be one of 2012's brightest new IP's, but what could be improved on for the inevitable sequel, Dishonored 2? Here's our thoughts! (Dishonored 2, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

I just want Corvo to have some character development

I mean I know his story ended and the Outsider showed us him live his life at the end untill he died of old age but with the Outsider exsisting outside of time and worlds I guess he could of just shown us one "path" of Corvo, what would happen if he got to live his life in peace

Totally agree too.
Corvo was a bit of a nothing character, but it could be seen to have made gamers portray themselves onto him - a Gordon Freeman effect.

Good point but with Gordon Freeman he was created in 1998, back then mute characters were alright, they were given a free pass. The ones with franchises still going today like HL are still given a free pass because it's a franchise from the 90s where mute characters were ok, it would be silly to change them now

However it's 2013, we should of good characters with strong character development.

Corvo was like a father to Emily yet there was no emotional connection to them because Corvo didn't put the effort into it. They say they wanted us to be Corvo but you know what I was thinking after I saved her "For goodness sake Corvo comfort her, her mother just died in front of her and she's been held against her will...SAY SOMETHING"

It can work sometimes but for a game like this it didn't. I mean they spent a lot of time on Corvos character design and they didn't do anything with him.
