Kotaku: "A game that looks this good and that tries so hard to make you smile deserves some of your attention."
Well, thats...surprising. Are Kotaku reviews really this in-depth? Never bothered cause they're Kotaku. Might follow their reviews now. Also to add to the surprise, a very positive score for Sly Thieves in Time.
the game had very low budget soo it was nice to see it still stick to it roots and very fun to play i will pick it up when i can
Yeah, good on Sanzaru. I had doubts considering its not SP but SG did a great job! Im picking it up as soon as it arrives :D
Pretty sure I saw a post of yours where you listed it as one of the AAA ps3 exclusive games you were looking forward to buying. Now it's a low budget? How come? What changed?
@good_guy_jamal i said AAA exclusive as in scoring 9 out 10 9 mean AAA you know i didn't mean AAA as the badget
Oh, but there's so many review sites, which one counts as the ultimate one that decides for you?
You seem to like metacritic, I've seen one or 2 references in your comments. Let me take a quick look see. . . 77% so more like an 8/10.
So not AAA according to you?
@Ezz Review scores and how high something is rated has nothing to do with a game being AAA. Jamal is right, studio budgets determine what makes a game AAA.
Why do they keep comparing Sly to Assassin's Creed?
I never click a Kotaku link or read their "Articles" anymore and not sure who else has compared the games against each other but it's funny AC was brought up. When I first played AC1, I was instantly reminded about sitting on top of a spire in Sly 3 looking over the town in for my target and just started looking around in awe at the beauty before me. But now, I'm thinking it must have been more of the rooftop escapes and sneaking around guards that trigger the comparison because after the 1st leap of faith and another and another then 2 dozen more and I was really missing Sly. Glad he's back!
