...Because it's not even out in Japan yet. Some North American websites have it down as being released, but it got delayed and had a really limited run. It's getting re-launched soon.
Famitsu is a Japanese magazine.

Pretty sure it's a typo. Silent Hill - Book of Memories comes out in Japan next week, so I suspect it's the review of that.

HD collection came out in Japan ages ago.

They gave the original PS1 ver of DQ7 a higher score (38/40).

The people at home should know that by "they" you mean 4 completely different people. Famitsu uses different reviewers every week. Also, since the original was in like 1998...and from 2 generations ago...I don't see how the comparison is relevant.
