Dead Space 3 Review - GameRevolution

GR: Fans should be thankful, though, that Visceral Games and Electronic Arts aren't satisfied revisiting the same ground they've tread in two previous games. Dead Space 3 looks to new locales, new gameplay mechanics, and new cooperative modes to keep the formula from growing stale. Still, you'd be forgiven for worrying that maybe Isaac Clarke and company have bitten off more "new" features than they can chew. Perhaps Tau Volantis's fresh terrain proves too frigid to handle. (Dead Space 3, PS3, Xbox 360) 4/5

Looks great. Never been a HUGE fan of the series, so I don't know if 3 will sway me.

If the previous games didn't draw you in, this game isn't doing anything to try and change that. For fans of the series, or even those mildly intrigued or interested, they should definitely check it out.

"Multiple playthroughs are rewarded in force with alternative modes and unlocks. In particular, my time in Pure Survival mode (where all ammo, health, stasis, etc. is crafted, not found) made for a viciously challenging experience."

... :D

Great review! I largely agree with everything said! Great comment saying that there are a few aspects you wouldn't mind dismembering, but overall it's well equipped.

Anyone else excited to see what curse words work on Kinect?
