Retro Corner: Michael Jackson Moonwalker

MasonicGamer.com: I decided to actually go full on old school school with today’s Retro Corner by revisiting Michael Jackson Moonwalker for the arcades. Yes we’re all aware of the MegaDrive/Genesis version of the game but I wanted to go for the less obvious version, besides it’s also the much better game.

Michael Jackson Moonwalker is the type of game you just wouldn’t see these days, you need a celebrity who was truly the biggest thing on the planet combined with a company crazy enough to pull off a game based on Michael Jackson. This isn’t a music game featuring Michael Jackson, this is a game starring Michael Jackson much like how the movie was Michael Jackson being himself as opposed to playing a character.
