Ouya Unlikely to Support Console Quality Video Games

Tynan Muddle at writes: "When the upcoming Android-powered console Ouya hits the market, we may not be seeing full version console games on the system."

Rock Pocket Games told in an upcoming interview that the Ouya console may lack the power required to run their upcoming title, Oliver & Spike: Dimension Jumpers. Their solution is to consider releasing the mobile version of the game on Ouya." (Android, Ouya)

Who really thought this would have console quality titles? I was expecting Mobile phone quality titles.

I interviewed several people behind Ouya. Any direct question about the system's power, support, etc. was met with runaround answers or typical public relations BS. A couple months later I contacted them again, and received almost hostile replies to similar questions.
