'Dead Space 3' to deliver what fans want most

"Dead Space 3" will be releasing tomorrow, Feb. 5th, and with that release will be an action-packed sequel that fans have been waiting for.

In an exclusive interview with Examiner.com today, John Calhoun, Associate Producer on "Dead Space 3," took the time to discuss the upcoming game and what gamers can expect in the third installment of the series.

Often times when sequels are made, it can be hard for development teams to innovate or know where they want to go with things next, but that was not the case for the "Dead Space" team. (Dead Space 3, John Calhoun, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

7/10 review, nothing for PC etc.........NO!
Where the hell did it get a 7/10 review score? You do know one score from one site doesn't mean its a bad game right? the 2 reviews I saw gave it a 9/10 and an 8.8/10 which are very good scores. You should be the one judging the game for your self though.

That review was of course a fake. I just cant believe some of you chumps took it as "real". But when anything is put up on N4G these days im surprised people can back up their stories so much but they lack the balls....

since i saw the gameplay of The Last of Us Dead Space can RIP! the two first DS were amazing, the third one seems really below

I loved the first one so i bought the second recently at a discounted price. At the moment i love the game however i do notice that theres a lot more action in it than the 1st game. The 3rd dead space from what i played from the demo appears to have even more action in it and the game appears to lose some of its survival horror aspects that made it so great in the first place. What i dont like at all is the weapon customization which seems out of place for a game like dead space.

DS has always been about action. you buy/find ammo, you upgrade you shoot. i dont see DS as a survival horror game cause for me it's the necromorphs who were trying to survive all my shots :D
I prefer a Siren: Blood Curse without ammo where you have to survive and not be noticed, or a Haunting Ground where fear is very important and you can die of it in the game.

DS is a good action game, but i have to admit that the outdoor sequences in daylight in DS3 are really breaking the dark atmosphere of the first two.

EA always seems to stick their big nose in and screw up a franchise. Atleast it doesnt have facebook and twitter support right?

I passed on DS3 for now and will wait for the bargain bin price. They butchered and mamed the gameplay/atmosphere to much for me to consider it before it hits the $20 price range.

To bad too, DS is still one of my favorite games this gen just on the atmosphere alone the game had, then throw in the tense moments when your ammo is running low and none to be found anywhere and necromorphs all around. Aaahhh good times, good times indeed.

universal ammo - gtfo with that!
