Metal Arcade:
We took the free-to-play FPS Shootmania Storm's beta for a test drive. Here are our impressions.
Ubisoft and NADEO announced their new free-to-play FPS, Shootmania Storm, with an original release date of January, 2013. A few days ago, the date was pushed back to April, 2013. The current version of the game is in open beta so fans can still have access. I was offered a beta key to put the game through its paces; I was happy to oblige.
One Angry Gamer "Now here’s a bit of news you probably didn’t see coming: Nadeo has announced that you can gain free access to their ManiaPlanet games right now, no strings attached. You download the free demo and for 48 hours straight you can play the ManiaPlanet titles for free."
Shootmania Platform, developed by Nadeo, will be free in its current beta form for the whole summer.
The Trackmania games rarely go on sale, so getting any and/or all of them is a recommendation.
