Dead Space 3 First Impressions | GameDynamo

GameDynamo - "According to the developer, Dead Space 3 will allow for a ridiculous amount of customization, with thousands of possible combinations accessible to the player; cobbled together from the remains of a two-hundred-year-old failed expedition to the planet's surface." (Dead Space 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

I hope it's still scary. Personally people can stop complaining about microtransactions, they can skip them. Really...for Deadspace 3...being a hardened fan...we will just have to wait and see.

I've seen a bit of gameplay from someone's livestream, it still definitely looked like a Dead Space game. Bear in mind it was singleplayer gameplay. Another person that got the game early said that they were on chapter 7 and they hadn't fought human enemies with weapons since chapter 1, so if that's true it's quite encouraging.
I think a lot of people were too quick to judge this game as more action and less scares, a la Resident Evil based on footage released containing lots of enemies with weapons, but it seems like this footage was only shown to draw in a larger audience (COD crowd?) and is not what the full game is going to mainly consist of.
