Axl Rose Close to Losing $20M Lawsuit Against Activision for Featuring Slash

Eriq Gardner: ''Axl Rose might not like the fact that Guitar Hero III featured his former Guns N' Roses band-mate Slash on the front cover, but he might have objected too late.

At a summary judgment hearing Thursday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charles Palmer reportedly indicated that he is inclined to dismiss Rose's $20 million lawsuit against Activision Blizzard for fraudulently inducing him into authorizing "Welcome to the Jungle" for use in the popular video game. At the conclusion of the hearing, according to an attorney involved in the case, the judge took the matter under submission.'' (Activision Blizzard Inc., Culture, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock)

This lawsuit isn't really Paradise City for Mr. Rose.

He's such a douche. He shouldn't even get to call the band GnR... it should be called the Axl Rose project or something. I feel sorry for the other founding members of the band for having to put up with him.

Sure, I hate Activision, but Axl is a jerk. I wish there was a way both Activision and Axl could lose.
