With DLC coming out, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Sleeping Dogs becomes a Playstation Plus "freebie" sometime during that release schedule in North America.

It was already a Plus "freebie" in Europe.

Dude that would be awesome! That would instantly get like 1 million more people to sign up for ps plus. I've had ps + for 2 years and I have about 100 ps3 games and 50 vita games (ps1, psp, mini, ps mobile). I'll never unsubscribe. EVER!
