Required listening: Ni no Kuni, Anarchy Reigns, and DmC: Devil May Cry

Required listening is a new monthly feature focusing on game soundtracks and the people who lovingly create them. For the first edition, we'll take a look at Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, DmC: Devil May Cry, and Anarchy Reigns, as well as an in-depth interview with Aliens: Colonial Marines composer Kevin Riepl. (Aliens: Colonial Marines, DmC: Devil May Cry, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, PS3, Xbox 360)

I was listening to the DmC soundtrack on Spotify a few days ago, and it didn't sound particularly memorable. Might be different once I hear them in context.

Ni no Kuni's soundtrack is just fantastic. DmC also has a couple of "fun to listen" songs for me, but nothing memorable besides that. Same thing goes for Anarchy Reigns also. I liked Vanquish' soundtrack a lot more.
