My biggest pieces of advice along with with the author stated is simple but it seems to be the biggest issue I have come across when playing with newer players. FLANK!!!! So often it turns into a meat grinder at the same objective or tight cluster of them. EVERYONE gets a basic starter LAV (Car like light transport with turret) and at times I at rarely see anyone use them. They not only get you there quicker but are great for flanking the outsides of the map to get behind the enemy which leads to my next biggest issue with newbs. HACK ANYTHING YOU COME ACROSS!!!! Often people just waltz right past objectives and hackable objects/installations. Hacking them not only gets you points but also takes it away from the other team and gives it to yours. This is epecially important with Spawns and Supply depots and when someone can flank and start hacking it forces the enemy to stay and defend current objective or fall back and retake what you hacked. Just sad when I play as a heavy class with no one sticking with me or supporting me, I end up going solo and flanking on my own, hacking on my own and defending on my own as everyone seems to be more worried about kills or sprinting back to the meat grinder. I can't wait for Corp battles so I can play with serious players more often, the game shines when a well organized team battles another.
