Why Was There Barely Any Interest in Volition?

Jeff from Holygrenade wonders why publishers showed little interest in Volition once the studio went on sale (Industry, Saints Row: The Third)

It's because they lost all respect when they bowed to the demands of THQ and made Saints Row: The Third as bad as it was.

Hopefully under a new publisher, it can get back to how it was in Saints Row 2.
