thing is i believe the vita "sales bump" was due to two vita games., sadly it was not that much though.
hopefully soul sacrifice becomes a phenomenon and pushes a lot of vitas, if not then i think sony will go the 3ds route circa 8 months after it was released. ;)
Well, it seems like certain devices from certain companies can be doomed even if they DO sell...
In any case, I don't think the Wii U is doomed. Still, they're gonna need more showing like this last Nintendo Direct to pull in more core gamers.
I'm still gonna hold off, though, on getting one, as there are still too many games I have yet to play/finish on PS3, and I've been needing to get a 360 for a while.
He was talking in relations to sales which wii fit sold a ton so it is probable that wiiu fit sells alot as well. But Wiiu is a funny console in the fact that ppl have already satiated their casual appetite with the wii and many ppl that bought the wii fit wont be buying a wii u console but who knows.
You know, I think Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo would have a good case against the media if they all got together. I am certain that one of the reasons consoles sales are taking a hit is because of next gen rumours.
Honestly. the PSP is its biggest enemy right now. It's cheaper, has a much better library, and Japanese developers are still supporting it. Plus, the PSP didn't reach software saturation like the DS did, so I don't think people who own a PSP are ready to make the plunge just yet.
Now - We are looking for awesome people who are interested in testing the new N4G and other new services that are set to launch later this year. | Promoted post
There's something you don't get to say every week!
Not exactly the sort of increase they were hoping for though. :|

My god... Why does Microsoft even bother with that market?
Price is definitely playing a factor though.
