Did you know Ninja JaJaMaru-kun turns 30 this year? That makes Jaleco well now Hamster’s red ninja older than other Famicom series like Final Fantasy and Mega Man.
Hamster is reviving one of Japan’s oldest platform heroes, but since Ninja JaJaMaru-kun games weren’t released overseas you might not recognize the red ninja. And if you do you might imagine him to be spinach green from his appearance in Maru’s Mission, one of the two localized Ninja JaJaMaru-kun titles.
