Quake Gets A New Mod That Overhauls Its Sound & Music - EpiQuake Is Out Now

DSOGaming writes: "Now this is really interesting. There is no denying that Quake looks epically amazing with its Darkplaces mod. Yes, all of its characters are blocky for today standards but the improved textures and special graphical effects give Quake’s visuals a big boost. Therefore, and instead of focusing on improving those polished visuals, modder ‘beckett007′ decided to concentrate on another aspect of id’s classic FPS, its sound (and music)." (PC, Quake)
