Hands-on: Lego City Undercover is more Just Cause than GTA (CVG)

Traveller's Tales aims to break free of Lego tradition (Lego: City Undercover, Wii U)

i'm oddly excited for this game, i always wanted a gta type lego game. I just hope their is enough customization to make it feel like a living breathing lego world.

I'm excited not oddly it's a lego game we all love lego games just this one is original and based off the actual lego line of toys rather than a licence,in other words dlc will be served in new vehicles and characters you see in the real lego city toys i'm sold and i'm 33.

"We've got a call from someone at the Red Cafe saying there's a clown on the rooftop," she tells Chase. "It could be one of our robbers"

"Either that," Chase replies with deadpan concern, "or I'm about to ruin some kid's birthday party."

lol. This game sounds great.

"...there's no co-op for example..."

Shoot. That's what I was most looking forward to. I don't know if I'll get this now.

I definitely got a GTA vibe from the initial reveal (Grand Theft Lego :p). It will be interesting to see how it plays out (It has Nintendo backing, so it should be pretty substantial).

Certainly one for the younger players

It looks like a fun title-

and it probably has the potential for tons of DLC.

I hope it does well. Many times I have seen glowing Previews and then when the game releases they say the opposite. ...ZombiU.

No matter the reason,
I hope that the consumers (we) like it. Just like with ZombiU-

I'm 50/50 on this one. As much as a Lego "sand-box" game appeals to me, the actual trailers for this game have left me apathetic... Hopefully a demo will be made available because I'm really unsure about this one.
