Since they state development for multiple consoles, I can only assume that they learned their lesson about how damaging Microsoft exclusivity was for their company and that they'll go completely multiplatform in the future.
I would assume that PC releases for their future titles will be a safe bet. If they stick with Microsoft they'll go under.

Remedy did not loose nothing by having MS publish and back the development of this game for them. Thats the beauty of having someone else publishe your game, if it does not sell well you do not take the brunt of the hit the publisher does.
Remedy is was too small to publish and finish AW on there own and they still are too small so they will be looking for a publisher to publish AW2 and since they already have a relationship with MS and AW already has a fanbase on the Xbox it will be MS who publish them.
One thing to note that if rumors are true that the Xbox 720 will be 70% PC and 30% consolew then expect cross gameplay on the 720 with PC and AW2 will release on both platforms.
You do realize that Remedy approached both MS and Sony hoping one company would help fund or publish Alan Wake? Sony said no (obviously) and MS said yes. Yet using your twisted fanboy logic, MS are the bad guys? LMAO!
Could be a brand new first party title for the next xbox. They have been working with the Durango SDKs over a year now. Cant wait till E3 to see what they have to show us.
They are not first party they are an independent studio.
Does anybody know if Remedy or MS own the AW IP? If its MS then this suggests a different game due to the plurals in the description. If Remedy own it then interesting times..
It was pirated over a million times on xbox.

Was profitable on pc in less than 48hrs

I think it's better for them to be on all platforms unless MS checks are that big there is no benefit to being xbox exclusive.
As a long time remedy fan I want them to make games without any MS influence.
And I hope they never buy them.

"To apply, please fill in the application form by 3rd of February 2013."
I'm not saying PC is not included, I'm saying it means more than one console.
