Violence in video games has recently come under intense political scrutiny. Flynn from Leviathyn.com shares his thoughts on some of that scrutiny in light of comments made by Californian State Senator Leland Yee.
I'm sorry, he said what to gamers? Quiet down? I love when politicians get off their rocker to say some outrageous things to make people remember they're still in office. How about you quiet down Mr. Yee?
We have no credibility? He has no credibility like all his crooked counterparts. I know he is a state senator but if i hear another word from a national politician who havnt had a budget in 4 yrs, running a 17 trillion dollar debt with a 7% approval rating, i am gonna scream. And California is no better. Hey Mr. California Senator, if u r not simply another hypocrite, why dont u start in Hollywood? Oh, u cant because u make too much money from them. This argument is absurd. Some games are not for kids or mentally disturbed ppl. Case closed. Be parents or be responsible. And sometimes tragedies occur. U cannot forsee the future . And to all those that think its better to sacrifice freedom for security, there are manu other countries to live in.
