Namco Bandai Summons Strategy Guides for Cancelled Ni No Kuni Orders

Push Square: "The past few days have proved a distinctly unmagical time for many of those that ordered Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch’s gorgeous Wizard’s Edition. Due to an administration error, the premium bundle was oversold, forcing a number of orders to be cancelled earlier in the week. Namco Bandai has since responded to the uproar, pledging an apologetic Club Namco voucher and Strategy Guide to all affected customers." (Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, PS3)

Jesus Level-5 gives them this gem and now they're tripping all over themselves. Pull it together Namco!

You'd think they would go about producing more WEs for North America, seeing as how there is crazy demand for it, but apparently Namco-Bandai is allergic to money.

I'm starting to hate these guys as much as Koei-Tecmo.

Level-5 need to seek out better publishers.

I think they just started their own publishing company in here in the West, but it didn't launch in time for this game. I was watching an IGN or gamespot preview for this game and they mentioned that.

I know it sucks but at least they are giving something to ease the pain. I doubt EA would do the same.

I wouldn't want the strategy guide. It's not the same.

its just the wizard book that people want.. That stuffed animal & dlc arent what people want im sure.. I almost ordered this thing but the price made check myself.. Japan got that book FREE but we have to pay $200 cuz they added a plush toy & dlc thats useless? No thanks.. I still want that book but no way im paying that much for it. That stuffed animal shouldve been the one his mother gave him before it came to life.. That wouldve looked cooler than this one..

Anyway, getting your money back plus a strategy guide is better than just getting your money back.. BTW the game is really awesome
