The Latest Nintendo Direct, Double Standards, and Being the Underdog

SuperPhillip Central says, "Wednesday's Nintendo Direct was focused solely on the Wii U. For months we have been hearing and reading statements from Nintendo that they were just dealing with the launch period. That was fine and all, but many of Wii U owners wanted to know what was coming in the future, outside the launch window. The hardware manufacturer and software-making extraordinaire finally let loose some gems during their Nintendo Direct. It seems E3 had come early for Nintendo fans." (Industry, Nintendo, The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Wii U, Yarn Yoshi)

Bah. Nintendo will never please people. And it's not their fault. I'm pretty sure the logic is:

-Present classic Nintendo games. People will get angry for no new IP.

-Present new IP: People will get angry about not finding sequels to favorite nintendo games.

-Present new IP and classic Nintendo games: People will get angry for the games not being multiplattform, will compare'em to games in other consoles, will be dissapointed for those gomes not being released tomorrow morning, and will be upset for the video being too long to watch in entirely.

even if they do have the 3rd party support they are still going to be like oh we already have those games on other so the wii u is irreverent i bet if GTA 5, battlefield 4, watch dogs, and dark souls 2 goes to the wii u they are going they are so going to say that

Ok, ok, let's have a therapy session.

You're all concerned that there's not enough room in this business for one of us. Yes, it's a rough industry out there and there's lots of change we have to deal with. I'm sure MS and Sony will be just fine, they say they don't compete with Nintendo so there shouldn't be a problem right? Nintendo is the 'underdog', 'for the kids', and "they just don't get it".

I'm still confused why they cause such chaos in the heart of the 'Nintendon't'. Why run away from your feelings? We'll get through this. Perhaps "Wii Uselessness" is your cure to whatever ails the mind. That's why you have your idols to comfort you. Of course everyone gets fearful, I know it's important that "the war is won".

It's better that you just accept what is so, and move on.
I promise it won't hurt a bit.

I'm here for you.

Nintendo supposedly never does anything right but somehow shut every one up and are still successful and I would like to see the little kids beat any of nintendos games or any classic games ha lol they will get their asses handed to them over and over again especially if they play all of the hardest games of all time. And instead of saying this and that about ninty I will keep doing my research and knowing the facts and can't wait to see what they show
