The Ultimate Current-Gen and Next-Gen Games of 2013 Video Preview

Who will win gamers' hearts and minds in 2013? GameVerb showcases 10 highly anticipated games of 2013. Grand Theft Auto V is to release first in 2013 and will provide Rockstar Games with the perfect start to year. But can a new IP on next-generation consoles - such as Ubisoft's Watch Dogs or Activision's Destiny - overthrow Rockstar's giant?

Most importantly, do you think any of these Tiple-A titles could get lost in the shuffle of high-quality releases?

Let us know what you think in the comments below. (Aliens: Colonial Marines, Dark Souls 2, Destiny, Grand Theft Auto V, Next-Gen, PC, PS3, The Last Of Us, Watch Dogs, Xbox 360)

First, wtf is with this guy's accent?
And two, why is watch dogs first on it? It looks great and everything, but we don't even have a fixed release date on it. Also it looks a bit overhyped. If anything, I think GTA V should be first on the table.

Well, remember that Watch Dogs is being developed by many of the same creative minds behind Ubisoft's biggest franchises, including Assassin's Creed. Though I hope they add difficulty settings. It always has baffled me that I can't, after being accustomed to the AC franchise for so long, select a difficulty setting. Also, Watch Dogs will be an open-world coop experience in the main story-arc as well. Now that will be awesome.

I think GTA 5 will do just fine (of course!). I cannot wait to play it. Everything about it looks amazing. Personally, I hope they bring a little bit of Midnight Club into the game, as somewhat hinted at in the GI interview.

Assassin's Creed is overrated to begin with. Ubisoft has never made a single 'incredible' game in this generation. But I am still looking forward to Watch Dogs. It looks interesting, heck, it could be Ubisoft's first Incredible game in this generation.
