Arcade fishing fun is back. 1UP's review:
"Few themes have correlated so strongly with design of the Wii Remote as those of the desires of the armchair fisherman, and it's to the consumer's solace that Sega has served up the same tried-and-true fishing game that has pleased arcade-goers for years. Sega Bass Fishing remains the most entertaining -- if not action-packed -- fishing experience found on any home console, but its greatest appeal is also its greatest vice: We're ultimately offered the same game we've played numerous times before."
The best fishing games allow us to escape into a world that is often relaxing, sometimes competitive, and even a matter of survival.
Bass Masters Classic for the SNES was pretty great
EDIT: Author should be arrested for saying RDR2 has the best fishing minigame without even so much as mentioning any of the Zeldas. Criminal.
Paul writes: "As I've played almost every fishing experience that you can find on the big black box, I thought I'd attempt to rank them, nailing a list consisting of 5 of the best fishing games on Xbox One, if you will."
