Push Square: "Whether or not you get much out of Beats Slider will depend upon your tolerance for sliding puzzles, but there’s some great music here to encourage your investment regardless. In many ways it’s the perfect title for PlayStation Mobile: simple, disposable, and smart. And at less than the price of a Kinder Surprise, it’s hard to really complain either way."
PS3 Attitude: "FuturLab, a small studio based in Brighton, was propelled to the forefront of independent game development in the UK, after the breakout success of their PS minis title, Velocity.
Since then, they’ve been one of PS3 Attitude’s favourite developers. We’re therefore delighted that James Marsden, founder and Managing Director of FuturLab, took some time to chat to us about their games, PlayStation Mobile, and what’s next for the studio."
I think their two games are less than $1.50 USD total.
Once my SCB high wears off, I get the feeling my next addiction will be "Fuel Tiracas".
This week in Mobile Monday, to celebrate the launch of PlayStation Mobile, we’re taking a look at Hungry Giraffe from Laughing Jackal, Aqua Kitty from Tikipod, and Fuel Tiracas and Beats Slider from FuturLab. Read the full reviews at GodisaGeek.com.
PS3 Attitude: "PlayStation Mobile is finally with us, and launched with over 20 titles that can be played on both PlayStation Vita and any PlayStation Certified Android device. With so many games to choose from, and more promised every week, it’s hard to know which are worth your time, so PS3 Attitude is here to give our opinion on the best PS Mobile titles so far."
Beats Slider is tough for those like myself that haven't played a sliding puzzle game since I was little. Fuel Tiracas is high quality, but I'm seeing a super short life span with these PS Mobile games.
Is it because we are console gamers, and these little gems don't stand a chance against our brawny gaming abilities? I think so.
"Less than the price of a Kinder Surprise"
Erm, well yeah, seeing as the game is FREE for everyone this week lol ;)
