Games Need Critics: A Critique on the State of Video Game Journalism

People love to complain about video game journalism: how all the writers have been bought out, how review scores are meaningless, how reviewers post scores with a pack mentality. But the real problem, according to Rant Gaming's B.A. Campbell, is that there are too many video game journalists and not enough critics. (Culture, Eurogamer, Gamespot, IGN, Industry, Tag Invalid)
