Activision to demonstrate next-gen rendering tech at GDC
CVG:Activision Blizzard will host a presentation to discuss next-generation character rendering at the Game Developers Conference in March.
(Next-Gen, PC)
Activision use the same old outdated engine since 6 years. Im sure they will continue to use this crap... Also they are not well known to push the boundaries and qualities of games they do.
If it was for Bungie's game, he'd be working at Bungie. His website says that he's working for Activision Blizzard, so it's likely an internal project of Blizzard's (in my opinion).
COD next Gen in 1080p and most importantly a constant 60fps..lets hope they bring back the magic of COD4 all over again with dedictated servers and take out the Lag Comp for good.
Perhaps Activision should try demonstrating some next-gen gameplay and innovative ideas instead?
There is a reason that I only own exactly ONE Activision game out of my collection of over 200 games this generation, and it has nothing to do with their rendering technology.

its cartoony, but the draw distance, the lighting effects, the smooth perfection of the graphics i'll take anyday over something like this;
