TechSpce: Anarchy Reigns doesn’t feel like a game that should be released in 2013. It feels like Platinum Games is trying to send you back to the days of the N64 or Sega Dreamcast and experience some revamped nostalgia. The game is a 3rd person hack and slash grinder that focuses on its arsenal of characters, and various combos. 6.8/10
