New Project CARS Fan Trailer Showcases Next-Generation Visuals In Motion

DSOGaming writes: "There is no denying that Project CARS looks outstanding. However, a lot of our readers have been asking this simple question; why do the screenshots look better than the actual game and why all those fan-made trailers cannot come close to our featured screenshots? As we said and before, that was due to different FXAA settings from those who were capturing those shots. So, is there any trailer that shows off the game’s visuals in all their glory? Yes, there is actually one and you can find it below. Yeap, time to enjoy the crisp textures and amazing details of Project CARS, in motion. Enjoy the trailer, courtesy of YouTube’s member ‘ADRIANF1esp’." (PC, Project CARS, PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360)

Game for PC/PS3/Xbox360/WiiU. Don't know the date yet but the rumours say is late 2013.

Why don't they just move it to next gen consoles? They're just going to dump down the graphics if they release it on this gen.

That's actual Game footage and the actual game footage looks better than that when playing on Ultra settings and also will improve even more as this footage is from the Alpha Build!

(not a lot of settings in Alpha Build but go into your GPU menu and force Ultra on the game)

Project CARS is available to play on the PC NOW even in it's Alpha form.

Rumors of a WiiU,PS3,x360 release but no info on that! So much is gonna be lost in the port they may wanna wait till Next Gen consoles.

Great video of the Best Racer coming out!

It's confirmed to be coming to Wiiu , Ps3 and 360. And the developers already stated they wish to take full advantage of the wiiu's graphical capabilities and gamepad functionality.

Can PC be next-gen
CommonSenseGamer  +   608d ago
This game is shaping up to be something incredible although I'm doubtful how well it will translate on current gen consoles.

This game really isn't "next-gen". It's the peak of current gen. Some PS3 screens have been released (leaked?), and they looked very good, just a bit more jaggie. But after the release (leak), the developer said something like it's early console build with little-to-no post proccessing. That's just what I recall. It was a couple/few months ago those screens came out. So I'm pretty confident that the PS3/360 versions of this game will be very high quality.

Holy sh*t! Also this would have looked so much better if YT was able to display 60fps video.
