Sexism isn't keeping women out of industry

Sexism isn't keeping women out of industry, says EA executive Gabrielle Toledano (Dev, EA, Industry)

First, someone show this to Anita Sarkeesian and then tell her she can move on from her misguided crusade and leave everyone alone.

Second, I love how there is this idea that sexism is only a woman's problem. As though sexism doesn't have male connotations as well. I mean, yeah women definitely have to deal with it A LOT more than men do, and men don't really care enough to complain about it, but sexism isn't gender discriminatory.
