They'll probably do a sale on the locked characters when the update is released. Sadly I'm secretly hoping they do as I'm tempted to give this game another try.

This game epitomizes Capcom's greed though which will probably put me off.. go on the Xbox site and check the number of downloadable stuff for this game.. it's over 600 for Christ sake, that has to be a record for anything outside of the genres like Rock Band.

Hey dumbass, digital rights management doesn't work that way you were not scammed because characters that were not advertised as being available in-game were hidden on disc and sold later.

The fact of the matter is whether the data was was locked on a server or on the disc you'd still have to pay for them why you'd choose the long download time over the 100kb download is beyond me though.
