The Most Poorly Run Governments in Video Games

“People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.” Does V from V for Vendetta speak the truth? Well, if you lived under any of these regimes, you should at least be at least concerned. These are a few of the most poorly run government in video games. From HalfBeard's HUD. i remember in Fallout 3 when you enter the home base of the enclave i was dropping stuff to hold more power amour and laser guns i had like 5 amour and like 16 laser rifles. over encumbered bullshit...... lol
